Advice sought on overseas composite / umbrellas

    Hello all,
I am new to contracting and don’t have a company, umbrella or composite. I have accepted a 12 week contract in the Middle East and need some advice on getting setup with an umbrella / composite. The consulatncy company providing service in the Middle East is a UK company. I am due to fly out this week so my need to sort this out is urgent. All advice is greatly appreciated.

My conclusion after scanning various threads and other web resources are:
    1. Composite companies will give me a better return than umbrellas.
    2. UK based composites are exposed to the IR35 risks regardless of where the work is conducted.
    3. Overseas composites are outsite of IR35 altogether if the work is conducted outside the UK. (But perhaps the UK consultancy has an impact on this?)

I am due to pay UK taxes but I think that I can avoid any risk regarding IR35 and still get the benefit of a composite arrangement provided I join an overseas composite. Can anyone suggest companies who provide this facility and any experience / problems that may exist.
    Many thanks
