    appeal process

    probably already mentioned somewhere but I haven't spotted. MTM had 28 days to appeal after hearing which they did, when does the appeal have to be responded by?

              Hello again all - I have been very quiet recently - but still with everyone!! Baby still has a month to go and unfortunately I am not able to travel to make tomorrow's case - early labour caused by stress is not part of my plan! I will be watching with continued hope. The posts are a great source of information - so thank you to all!!!

                  yep, same here. been on hols for the last few weeks and now back with batteries charged and ready for round 2. GF had the brainwave of taking me somewhere warm and without internet... smart lass.
