      Are you adding anything to this Lexington? As you can see there are a number of stressed consultants here trying to get what is owed to them. Its pretty upsetting situation. Do you know anything in regards to this problem?

        if I owed a sh.t ton of money to consultants I would advise them to sit tight as well.

        just from your posts on this thread - it's not clear that you are personally owed any funds, just that you are interested in the issue. no extra offence intended.

          Im owed 2 months pay from them. So im very concerened. Im interested in any information that anyone knows that is useful in getting what is owed to us.

                      Client has forwarded proof of payment of invoices for December and that appears to have landed at my brolly - also took a call from Mark Scott from Qualitas who explained that they have been taken over by another company and that payment for January invoices will be settled on 15th February - hoping all that read this have also been sorted out too - time to sink a few beers me thinks - a letter should be sent to all those affected recently early next week explaining the new company structure etc
