Great, in a meeting all morning from 0930, no doubt with the attention span of a gnat. Good luck all!

      Chins up

I'm there tomorrow. Wouldn't miss it for the world.

We will succeed, no matter what.

I've got an FOI request in already. I'd like to know how many
of them stayed away from home on expenses to watch the
        proceedings.

And why they were required, at taxpayers expense.

Wouldn't miss this, even for my daily rate !

Look forward to seeing you all there ...

          Mad (but starting to chill)

Started a new job today so can't make it - good luck to us all!

BTW, if anyone there fancies setting up a conference bridge you could be quite unobtrusive in the top gallery - the judge speaks quietly but I'm sure the court will be deathly silent and you may be able to pick him up on hands free

My fingers are crossed for you guys, I sincerely hope that justice is served and you win.

There must have been a very strong argument for the decision to come so quickly.

Yes... this sort of worries me. OK, I'm not affected, but I hope it's the "right" decision

Same here, I'm not affected, but I hate the idea that HMRC could win on this one as it could have so many ramifications.

                      The Judgement

                      Dammit!
I couldn't reorganise my day to get there. The news was such a surprise - and short notice.
09:30 is an early start too. I thought the sessions don't normally start until 10 so this looks like it's been squeezed into the busy diaries of the two QC's.

A stressful night for us at TAF Towers but feel we have the legal high ground.

                      Bring it on.
