Heads gone now - I am right in saying that I must pay Self Assessment Tax Return out of my Personal Bank Account and NOT my Business Account?

Strictly you can pay it from where you like. But remember whose debt it is. Thus if you do pay it from the company it's going to be personal income extracted by whatever means you choose. Though there is a mechanism where the company can pay it and you can declare it on some form or another - but it will amount to the same thing.

You can pay it out of your business account, as long as you put the equivalent amount back in or offset against divis or expenses at a future date. The number bods will call it a directors loan or drawings I think.
