HMRC, if you are reading this, your game is up!!!

This is the email I sent to her office:
Very interesting DR, but I do honestly feel its just that interesting.

Reading between the lines she is covering her rather prominent useless rear. Implying if I had have of had all the facts at the time, things would have been different..... yeah right.

I also suspect any response from Timms, will cite JR and hence we get nothing for the moment. Any response he gives is directly related to JR and hence he can hide behind that.

So to my mind all hangs on the JR. Sadly gives them time to cobble together all sorts of tulipe..... but it will have to be miraculous or simple injustice.

But you never know. We might get lucky. And plenty of time while the JR going on. Its better to be doing something than nothing.

You are right to say that we will get nothing out of Timms, not that we got much out of him before the JR was granted. However, according to the clerk of the JCHR, Timms cannot cite the JR as a reason not to respond to the committee's questions. This is why the committee specifically mentioned the JR in their letter to him.

You can dismiss what Jane Kennedy said but, remember, many of us had extremely uncompromising letters from her 12 months ago. The tone of her email is very different to this letter to the CIOT last July.

This is the first time she has ever given an inch. Whether I will get any further revelations from her remains to be seen but, as Brillo says, it's better to be doing something than nothing.

Are there any other (ex)minister/MP's/civil service lakeys etc. who were originally involved in this whole sorry process that have now been cast aside by Nu Liebour and have an axe to grind with them that we could target to turn whistleblower? There must be a few out there who would like get their own back. . .

I would really like to dig up some dirt on Timms, his involvement with Ovum and subsequent introduction of IR35 and BN66.

Anyone know anything? PM me if you dont want to write publicly.

              Please sign IR35 petition

I have done this partly as a thankyou to the many people, who were not in the scheme, who have supported us over the past year.

My goal (a very ambitious one) is to topple the "resign" petition (http://petitions.number10.gov.uk/please-go/) from the top spot, and show that IR35 is a real vote winner.

If we can get the ball rolling then I'll start spreading the word around all the other contractor sites and forums.

PS. if you think the wording looks familiar, it is because I ended up copying the "resign" petition due to the fact that they rejected my previous attempt. The muppets said this was impossible to understand!!!
