DPA Unit

Can anyone provide me with DPA contacts at HMRC?
I requested info held on myself under the DPA, which should have come on the 22nd June 2009. Now't received, so have been chasing them up on the matter.
I spoke to the DPA Unit in Newcastle early July, only to be informed that my original request had not registered on their system. They told me to forward relevant info to them, and they would ensure that it is registered within their system. All of this I duly did, and today I called them to ask for a registration no. for the future, only to get a recorded message stating that the "DPA Unit has been disbanded, and to contact your local tax office".
Having received correspondence from three different tax offices within Scotland, I have called two of them, and by sheer luck, I have found old phone no's on the net for two of the offices, only for two of them to state that they do not take phone calls, and that they have no switchboard facilities that could perhaps aide me.

You'd think that he was better off cleaning the tax credits mess up than chasing us. After all, some of them are breaking the law, unlike us.Join the No To Retro Tax Campaign Now
