Does anyone know of anyone who settled through them?
Given that they were charging a fee, the tax saving must have at least covered this and some more to make it an attractive proposition.
Anyone know what terms they were offering?

We have already negotiated with the Inland Revenue favourable outcomes for many Contractors.
1. We have direct access to senior officers within the Inland Revenue and can negotiate on an anonymous basis; therefore if you do not like the outcome you can carry on "hiding".
2. If we make a voluntary disclosure on behalf of a contractor this will normally ensure that the IR will NOT seek penalties.
3. We undertake all discussions/negotiations with the Inland Revenue and if you agree to the negotiated settlement amount all you have to do is sign the final paper work.Comment

I am wondering if this could account for the 300 people who received CNs before BN66 became law.

It would also explain why none of the promoters have heard from any of these people. Jones could have asked them to sign an NDA, or at least warned them to keep quiet.Comment

Has someone got something to hide?
The site appears to have been pulled within an hour of me mentioning it on the forum this morning.

I am assuming that they guy that set up IR35amnesty no longer has anything to gain from exploiting people affected by BN66.
Do you think he would help us out and give us the details of what settlement he negotiated with the Inland Revenue?
Could be worth a try.Comment

Not sure I'd trust a guy who bases himself in Bulgaria to advise me on convoluted UK tax issues.
You could always give him a ring and ask him.

I thought it dissapeared a couple of years ago. Didn't MTM win a court case to have it shutdown?Comment
