    Self Assesment Tax return

I have still not received my self assesment tax return from hmrc.

I incorporated my ltd co in september last year so i would have thought i should have received this by now.

Do i have to fill out form SE1? as i though this was only for sole traders and not for ltd companies.

if so it looks like i could be onto a 100 pound fine!

Even if the HMRC has not sent you a SA reminder, you will still need to do one. I would suggest employing an Accountant to help you get yours done. It will be worth the investment.
If your company is the best place to work in, for a mere £500 p/d, you can advertise here.

If you only incorporated at the end of last year you may get away without putting one in, although check with your accountant. You will definitely 100% be required to put one in at the end of this tax year though.

call them and see what they say. I wouldn't expect you do have to do one until this year though (for jan 2010).

I had to call them to get them to send me the form, they apparently didnt have a record of my company there.
