    form for reclaiming tax

    I have searched this site but I cannot find what I am looking for sorry.

    Employers deducted tax from ex gratia payment as their solicitor and accountant could not agree. Now they have taxed the payment and left it to us to claim back the tax. I know there is a specific form for this. S401, s601 something like that.

    Does anyone know as I cannot find it on the HMRC website?
