No but then it does more than just payroll. For basic director's payroll the HMRC CD seems more than enough if you want free. You could also consider something like thepayrollsite which seems very cheap.

Requested the HMRC CD about a fortnight ago... still waiting for it to arrive though, they claim to be too busy at this time of year to whack a cd in the post
