Just a quick one, if someone has an employee out of the country (also outside of the EU) are there any UK company taxes or other pitfalls one has to watch out for? (know there are tax's and obligations relevant to employee's country)

Just a quick one, if someone has an employee out of the country (also outside of the EU) are there any UK company taxes or other pitfalls one has to watch out for? (know there are tax's and obligations relevant to employee's country)

Depending upon circumstances the employee may be able to opt to pay UK NI, instead of the foreign NI.

This is usually a beneficial option for the employee to take.
