    Dutch umbrella company

    Hi,

I'm about to start a contract in the Netherlands and have been told I can't use my ltd company so need to use a dutch management company.

The agency are pushing they're approved provider, but having spoken to them they want 600 euro a month which seems a shed load to me.

Anyone able to recommend any others or is the going rate out there?

I've read the contracting abroad guide and looked at some older threads.

    Thank.

    Contract in the Netherlands

    Hello,

I am also starting a new contract in the Netherlands and wondering on how to maximise my net revenue. Is it possible to split via a Management Company in NL linked to a global one?

    Thanks

      Management Companies issue

      Hi Krag,

The probable reason for the agency asking you to go through an umbrella company may be because of Tax and SS issues.

The Agency may be cautious. Should you leave without paying your due taxes, they may be liable for these to the authorities. This is because the Netherlands have a chain liability system.

The Netherlands are quite special in that respect. That is why some Agencies have implemented PSLs. Now in reply to your question here are some reliable management companies found in the Netherlands: TCP/ Yellow stone and Tressag.

Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any further questions.

      Regards,

      Mardi
