When a offshore company decides it needs a percentage of its engineers onshore, what type of visa is required by the onshore team members?

I'm interested to know what conditions apply to the long term use of onshore team members in UK companies.

I would be guessing if I answered it. My only suggestion is to speak to someone who specialises in immigration.

Why not employ British nationals for this work, save yourself the visa and communication hassles, and supply work to UK tax payers with a vested interest in this country ???

I suggest you ask this of the British company that decided to outsourced the work.

I want to find out what the work visa terms and conditions are but I don't know what type of visa is applicable.
