Erm, no. Just have it reviewed by one of the PCG preferred legal teams and get IR35 insurance. I think you'll find pretty much everyone here is operating outside of IR35.
What does the insurance cover though? I thought it just covered legal costs but any outstanding tax and NI you still have to pay?
