I know there were previous police involvement but wasn't that because some people had posted threatening posts related to "him who's name will not be spoken"?

It is NOT okay to threaten him – or anyone else – but genuine use with truthful facts – there is no crime there.

Somebody, tell me if i've wrong - which Act or common law prevents this?

      This is our country.

Alternatively we could give him a pseudo name, you know, like Rumplestilksin or Alan.
These b***ards dont really need a law : just about anything is illegal these days.

Why do you particularly want to name him?

Interestingly the police complaint referred just as much to his naming as to what you refer to as "threatening posts" but were nothing of the sort. Since the police made it clear they just want me to listen and say nothing then that was what I did. Its always the best policy with the police anyway.

Just remember that, IMO, the mods here have very little bottle. The first sign of a legal complaint and they back right down. No point in getting anyone banned for such little benefit?

But if you want to name him : name him.

And he has got a psuedo name. psuedo names in fact. If we are going to stick to one can it be MrThrush please?

I think we should keep this thread clean, and move over to the ASMG thread. As far as I'm aware, ASMG didn't run a scheme that will be caught by BN66.

            Mr YouKnowWho

Seriously though, I think we are building AB up to be far more important than he actually is. He is definitely not the organ grinder if you get my drift.

I have heard that he will be sidelined once the serious business starts.

No thanks, just managed to cure my baby's thrush!

Can we call him Mr Colic instead?

Seems like Europe will force the UK government, if they have to.

You have no room left Mr YouKnowWho . Resistance is futile…
Ultimately to knowingly breach human rights would jeopardise our position in the EU. I can't see even our autocratic government doing that because of one sad little man on a power trip because he never gets his nuts milked.

Please could someone enlighten me as to the police matter? Unless passing of information amongst UK citizens got made illegal while I wasn't looking, which wouldn't surprise me...

Well done Toocan for that piece of detective work.

It all adds to the support when we win the case.
