Hi, my wife works as an oracle consultant in the city - her client has had a bust up with the her agency and as a result the agency hasnt been paid so the agent pulled her from the contract 3 weeks ago (she has been paid). The client has now offered my wife a direct contract via another company - is this wrong / legal / ethical / ok for her to accept it? help!
