    1. Makes no difference if you do it within the time limit. So do it now.
    2. Yes (subject to legislation changes) - this was new to me, I hadn't thought about it at all.
    3. You can't get your state pension, AIUI, until retirement age. Which will probably be 110 by the time you get there.
