    Paying dividends in backdate

    Hi,

I want to pay myself some dividends in the backdate in last financial year ie before April 6, 2008. Is that possible?

    Please suggest.

    Regards,

Can't you just 'amend' your accounts showing you taking a dividend in March and putting it into your director's loan account?

Then writing a cheque today withdrawing money from your loan account?

        Yep probably fraud and evasion.....

        But.... you ain't seen me!
