Hi,
I'm completely overdue with my SA return and desperately need some advice for filling in the SA103 form.
My accountant advised me to pay myself through dividends, thus reducing my tax bill. I have paid my corporation tax and taken the remaining profit as dividends. How do I show this on the self-employment form? I can't see where to put these dividend payments in and if I don't, surely I will get taxed twice - once on the profit and again on the dividend payment.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
