Do you include these on your SA tax return. I can't find the answer to this on the HMRC website or via the search button on here. I'm guessing I shouldn't be including it but if anyone can confirm that it would be most helpful.

No - they are ltdco contributions not personal contributions. However I think they do appear somewhere on your ltdco year end accounts as directors remuneration.
