too much to read, here are your options

    1) Be an employee of the agency/services company and get paid. You have no issues or worries, but will lose approx 15% than earning via your ltd.

    2) Work exactly like a UK contractor via a LTD and bill/invoice the agency. I do not think you can charge VAT as they are outside the UK, im sure someone else can advise. Pay yourself a salary and dividends.

Under option 2, YOU personally (not your LTD) can only be in Germany 183 days before any earnings from the date you started working in Germany require German tax to be paid. If you are 100% sure you will not be there over 183 days, go for option 2, else, option 1 will save you a head ache.

The German Tax folks have a reputation for being very strict and very hard, not something you want to get on the wrong side with. Lots of reports of UK contractors appartments being raided etc.

    HTH in some way.

It all changed in Germany a couple of years ago. Your client may not be aware of the consequences to them if your set up is wrong.

You need current and professional advice.

Fairly sure the Freelancer through management company still works. Try one of those for advice (Pearl systems i smy choice) or contact JSA Intrernational but be prepared for the hard sell on their solution. You may have to ask a lot of questions to get the advice you need.
I am not qualified to give the above advice!

Step back, have a think and adjust my own own attitude from time to time
