opt in/out yet yet yet again

Right, I'm actually in a position to go direct, just double checking before the palavas start.

I left Co A about 9 weeks ago after 10 months or so there, usual big agency contract but was never even offered an opt out to sign so defo opted in.

If I go back there in 4 weeks time and sign a direct contract is there any 'possible' comeback from the agency involved ?

      (5) In paragraph (4), "the relevant period" means whichever of the following periods ends later, namely –
      • (a) the period of 8 weeks commencing on the day after the day on which the work-seeker last worked for the hirer pursuant to being supplied by the employment business; or

        (b) subject to paragraph (6), the period of 14 weeks commencing on the first day on which the work-seeker worked for the hirer pursuant to the supply of that work-seeker to that hirer by the employment business.
I find I am in a generous mood this morning so I have done your research for you.
I would suggest you are in the clear.

I've read it all and my understanding is I am in the clear and I'm confident enough to bounce the agency when they come a calling.

The agency in question are actually not too bad but there is no point giving them money when I don't have to. I wish it was my current shower of an agency, my approach would be, "sorry I have nothing to say, please put your grievance in writing and I will hand it over to my legal representatives"

Just checking , nothing is as clear cut as it seems in this game !
