I am considering a direct contract, only client is proposing to pay me hourly rate not daily...its been a looooooooong time since I got paid hourly, what is the situation now re IR35 and hourly rates? it used to be better to be paid hourly cuz I can charge all the extra hours I have to do normally work round delivery times etc... but have no idea what's the legal situation would be.
