    IR35 and training engagements

I've recently started my own Ltd, and mainly provide training services. At the moment my biggest (OK only ) client, which is one of the large IT training organisations, has a generic freelance agreement which I have signed. It does include a RoS clause in it. My engagements are done on a PO basis, and are either for a specific training course delivery or for the creation of a course for them.

I think I'm outside of IR35, and my accountant agrees, but I'd just like some more comfort, so thought I'd ask here with my first post

    Thanks
    James
