P35 - Question 6

Hi there,

I was wondering if someone can help with some advice about question 6:

are you as service company? yes / no

If 'Yes', have you operated the Intermediaries legislation (sometimes known as IR35) or the Manager Services Companies legislation? yes / no

Operating as a LTD not under IR35, my instinct is to tick YES and NO, respectively. What do you guys think? What have you done? any recommendations?
