    SA100 - Service companies question!

Lots of talk about P35 Q6 but what about the Service companies question on page 4 of SA100? It reads:

"Total amount of any income included anywhere on this Tax
Return, derived from the provision of your services through
a service company – read page TRG 15 of the guide"

    TRG15 then says:

"Total amount of any income included anywhere on this Tax Return, derived from
the provision of your services through a service company
You should complete this box if you have received any form of income (including
employment income and dividends) during the year in question from a company
through which you provided your services personally and of which you are a sole
    or joint shareholder."

Revisiting the P35 Q6 thread I see the SA question has actually been mentioned, oops.

I guess some who argued no/no will put zero here....

Well I suppose that depends whether you answered Yes or No to Q6 - ie: are you a service company.

Logically, if your company is not a service company, according to your P35, then then number is 0.

I have no evidence as to whether the HMRC use logic.
