Carter Allen Bank Account application?

How long does it usually take to hear something after applying for a Carter Allen business bank account via Contractors UK?

It has now been two weeks and even an email to caterallen@contractoruk.com didn't produce a reply?

Was a long time ago but from memory I think the turnaround for mine from start to finish was 3-4 days so that is surprising.

Mine in September/October last year took about 2-3 weeks.

I've found them to be excellent if you ring them (0800 0923300).
