    Personal tax, "other income"

I occasionally receive payments which I would not ordinarily consider "income" but the personal tax return does have a section to declare such other income.

I understand that private sales on ebay of my old TV etc would not count, but for instance would a Qdos £20 referral need to be declared as income? And would £300 agency referral payment need to be declared? Finally, my bank made some mistakes recently and paid me £50 for my loss of time, would that need to be declared?

Any information from members experience is appreciated!
    Regards. Richy.
