It's probably because you're flying so far beneath their radar they don't know you're there!

Phone up your local tax office, giving your name & company reg number, and state that you need an up-to-date employers CD-ROM to ensure that the tax avoidance measures you incorporate are bullet-proof and await your 'Letter' in the post.
To speed things up, try dropping in words such as IR35 and Income Shifting. This is bound to ensure a speedy responseComment
