If you want to state specifics then you know full well that we want to hear about it so that at least the company has a chance to stand up for themselves.

Yes, the fact that they advertise with CUK was mentioned, but that had no bearing on the warning. My PM actually stated "Whether they were a paying customer or not this kind of comment tends to get lawyers excited so please try and hold back"

I disagree. It's all about chances of having the board shut down because of libellous comments.

Those who were here last year will remember the board being closed for a few days while admins cleaned up some stuff about SJD - poor old Zeity was in a right old state!!

Given the choice between having the board and not, I know which side of the fence I would like to be on - there's a danger I might have to do some work if CUK were shutdown

At the time I couldn't be ***** to go into the specifics of the service I received from them...hence the one liner. In future I'll make sure my comments are much more elegant...presuming I'm not banned for this whining response.
