Dead easy to setup, and the cheapest administrator around I think. The only hassle I had was with our playgroup who had to register themselves too to take my payment. -

As I understand it, you just need a contract between your company and the childcare provider stating the company will purchase childcare on behalf of its employee (you). The provider then invoices your company directly each month. Set up standing order from company account. Bingo, saves paying a third party.Comment

One other thing, I found that you need to get the kiddivouchers scheme setup about 2 months before you plan to start using the vouchers, due to their invoicing and payment cycle etc.
Also only take as much as you need if your childcare costs are low. If you end up with a surplus of vouchers that you don't need I don't think you can get that money back or "spend" the vouchers elsewhere (that would be nice though).Last edited by moorfield; 6 March 2008, 12:48.Comment

It's also very easy to meet the requirements of the childcare voucher scheme and run it through your limited thus saving yourself the admin fee.Comment

Thanks for all the contributions - I can't make a contract with the provider as I don't know who they are going to be yet (child still under construction inside grump O/H). I know I could do the admin myself, but I reckon it's more cost effective to pay these dudes than using my leisure time for it.Comment

So instead of printing off a contract and setting up a standing order, you'll give someone £350 a yearComment
