Why such strange clause in (1)
More strange is (2)? Do IT contractors have been RECLASSIFIED now as Bonded laborers?
(3) simply makes me sick. I've been on direct contract with my prev. client and always got paid at the end of month after invoice.

They are all perfectly normal B2B terms.
1. Client wants a quick decision from a potential supplier. You don't have to accept it, you have to accept or decline within 24 hours.
2. The contract is between two companies, so no "reclassification" to worry about, although spelling and grammar are points to be addressed ;-). If you want different terms, negotiate or look elsewhere.
3. If "nn" is too many days for you then negotiate or look elsewhere.

2) If you contracted a builder to build you a garage and half way through he gave you a weeks notice, what would your response be?
3) Agents have to wait for their money (sometimes 90 days or more)
