Can anybody recommend a Belgian management company ? I'm now a Belgian resident, but my contract is with a UK agency. The client is also based in the UK. I can't use a UK ltd company to invoice the agency because of my Belgian residency (been here over 185 days, own a house in Belgium, carry out my functions in Belgium, etc). I thought of creating a Belgian ltd company (SPRL) to invoice the UK agency, but that costs 18000 € just to start-up. Do ITS, Pearl etc handle this kind of situation ? Or is there a Belgian management company I could talk to ?
