Good news for the big boys!
Surely this latest debacle by HMRC has knocked the wind out of their sails. This should mean less time and resources to confront Brookson and the like regarding "Business Models" and "Compliancy" so a bit of a breather for those members in doubt. The line drawn in the sand is still April '07 though.exbrmComment

HMRC will take many people to court for many things and are quite happy to waste millions on an unwinnable case. In the case of Brooksons they may actually have a chance to win so why would they not blow a few more million of our hard earned wedge. If they start running out they can always up taxes even more.....Comment
