Although I'm bench sitting at the moment, I have some outstanding payments due from an agency which is in administration.
I've also been paid by my brolly for work which may or may not have been paid by the agency.
I suspect that this means that I won't get paid for last months' work...
This could also mean that my brolly will ask for a refund of pay which they haven't received (or may not receive) from the agency. (The brolly pays against timesheets before the invoice is settled.)
Is anyone else in this situation?
