I want to start a Ltd company as currently with Giant but just wanted to ask everyone’s opinion on the company registered address. If you use your accounts address as the registered address does it have any implications for IR35?

Registered address has nothing to do with IR35. The wording in your contract and how you conduct yourself are the pointers to IR35.Originally posted by badger7579 View PostI want to start a Ltd company as currently with Giant but just wanted to ask everyone’s opinion on the company registered address. When i set up my LTD co i didn't have an accountant so had it registered as my own home....i then remembered from many years ago hearing that there could be a possible implication on my mortgage if i have a company registered at the same address so move it to my accountant which is where it is current set.
As already said address has nothing to do with IR35...it does help with reducing the amount of Spam mail you recieve at homeThats the way the cookie crumblesComment
