Does anyone know of any (preferably free) software a la microsoft money but better which can be used to set out and monitor spending budgets / forecasts ?
This would be kinda handy for me for the next 6 - 12 mths.

in what context ?

I would have thought an excel speadsheet would suffice, unless you have something more complicated ?
