    Funds offshore

One option I am looking at is a contrcat in Ireland. Due to the changes in tax law, I have been given the details of an offshore company that would act as an intermediary. I would have 2 contracts: one to pay me a monthly salary and one to offshore the balance.

    A few questions:

    1) Has anyone used this kind of set up before?

    2) When I access the off shore funds am I liable for any tax? If so, where (UK or Ireland)?

    3) The offshore funds are the my personal funds or MyCo's? I am assuming it would depend on how the contracts were written.

    TIA
