London Investment Bank Contracts - PAYE

    Hi,

Does anyone know if in this industry, whether the contracts through the usual agencies such as McGregor-Boyall etc. are IR35 friendly?

Or is everyone working in London investment banks inside IR35 and therefore going PAYE? I find this hard to believe?

    Maybe contracts are regularly rewritten?

Anyone in the industry care to share?

I'm contracting through McGregor-Boyall. I had the contract checked by Bauer & Cottrell and it was a pass as far as they were concerned.

hey cheers, is this the norm? I thought that being caught inside IR35 was the norm these days? I'd be interested to know how you are outside it.
