First sentence on the website is b0llocks (IR35 is a tax on the individual, it is not a company tax):-
AS we are a Company outside IR35 Regulation the Consultant will benefit more in terms of REDUCING his taxes and increasing his EARNINGS.
Therefore, don't touch with the proverbial bargepole. Who knows what other lines they'll try to sell their "product"...Comment

Yeah maybe, but then they all say that in some disguised form or another.
