    Nil yellow slip

Hi, does anyone know how to correctly fill out a yellow payslip booklet page in order to return 'signed NIL payslip'. Should I actually be writing the word 'NIL' or '0.00' or something else? And in how many of the six numeric fields should I be writing it?

Sorry it's such a basic question, but basic questions can be pretty difficult to find answers for.

    Thanks,
    Tony.

i've used nil, slash and 0 at various times. each seems to do the trick.

Thanks both. Not that that page actually explains how you should fill out the slip 'NIL due' but at least it gives you a way not to fill out the slip at all! If anyone else is interested, you just need to submit your reference number and date on the above page and that's that, apparently. Some sort of receipt reference number would have been nice. I suppose I'll have to wait and see if I get a reminder or not to know if it's worked.

Thanks for that, I'll be using that link. I haven't got any yellow slips this year; just expecting to get the demands and sending them back saying there's nothing to pay.
Will work inside IR35. Or for food.
