I just tried to form a new company via the link in Contractor UK for 75 pounds. However, Contractor UK uses http://www.uk-plc.net. I followed the process through, created an account, and the process fell over and I will need to wait till Monday to fix it. However on trawling through the site, I see you can form a company from 25 quid upwards; actually I see you can get the proper Companies House Certificate of Incorporation for 35 quid. I don't need company stamps or anything fancy like (I never had one for my old company). So this begs the question why should I pay 75 quid when I can pay 35 quid?
PS: I don't need to split shares with another partner for splitting dividends (not married). So I would say I can allocate 100 shares to myself and just go with a simple formation?
Anyone have any ides why I should pay 75 quid when I can pay 35 quid? Here is the link: http://www.uk-plc.net/companyformation/
