Claiming a notebook bought before the company registration ?
I bought a laptop off ebay a couple of months before company registration, but then claimed that as a business expense. The accountant said it was fine (as long it's for business use). I even claimed back the VAT.

Same. Although I did buy this laptop a week before I started my first contract and it was just for that contract.
