      I would, and have on another thread, thoroughly recommend them.

      As an accountant and tax adviser I still find useful bits and pieces of information from them extremely useful and they price their products well giving great value for minimal cost.

      The directors one comes with a CD ( I think) that gives you templates of board minutes / dividend vouchers / spouses job descriptions etc - things that contractors will want.

      And I am not affiliated in any way!

        I got this mailshot last week. Presumably the cost of the subscription is an allowable expense ... anyone else recommend them. Seems to have gone up to £87.
