Terms of Business or Business 2 Business contracts?
hey guys. does anyone have terms of business they set out their ltd company position in when dealing with clients? covering the work they are skilled in, and payment etc?
i have thought about writing one up, maybes including something along the lines of "no mutuality of obligation and exclusivity would exist between the business, a client and any third party"
seen some talk of Business 2 Business contracts, are they slim contracts which simply don't mention named employees providing the service?
