Budget for contractors operating through their own limited company. The

The articles made the point that anybody operating through their own limited
company, using a service provider like giant, (even one purporting to be a
professional accountant) will be classed as a managed service company and
all parties involved will face the frightening financial consequences. As
such the newspapers have supported and vindicated giant's decision to
withdraw from the provision of one-man limited company services, by closing
our trailblazer product, to avoid exposing our clients to potential
financial ruin."
-- Now, I've read these articles and I don't think that they vindicate giant at all. Unless like people have been saying Giant were not planning on offering a straight forward accountancy package, which was what I was under the impression I was going to be getting from them via Trailblazer. They are sounding a bit desperate now which is reassuring me that straight forward accountancy firms are actually fine. Interesting times ...
