No you can't declare it all at the end of the year otherwise there is a benefit-in-kind on the interest you should have paid your company in respect of your overdrawn loan account.
I would recommend declaring dividends in advance or on a contemporaneous basis.Comment

i took the money out at the end of the year after declaration,that was why i was skint for the whole year. that turned out good cos thats what i used to pay off the bit*h Ex. Can I invest company money in shares or its just worth it. afterrall I'll have to pay 19% Corp Tax and well as extra tax when it comes out of my ltd as a high rate tax payer.Comment
