Has anyone incorporated recently managed to fill in this pile of crap yet? Any tips appreciated.

Per Revenue's "helpful" :lol website
The form's at www.inlandrevenue.gov.uk/...situte.pdfAs we say on Form 42 and in our FAQs we are happy to receive the required information by means of a letter or spreadsheet where that is more convenient than using Form 42. The Working Together Group have therefore designed a simple format that may be of interest to newly-incorporated companies and their advisers.
Don't know if that helps -
