Insurance PI AND PL

Anyone use Trafalgar risk manangement limited for insurance they seem to have a good package but charge a lot for excess. My agency requires me to take out 1M each on both PI and PL.

Does anyone know if I take out Employers Liability which comes at no extra cost if that will help support my IR35 status?
